There is no charge for handling and packing. Postage will be charged at regular postage prices. The address we will forward mail to will be the mailing address you give at the checkout. If you wish to make other arrangements, please contact us or call.

We have limited storage space and any parcel delivered to us must be re-dispatched as soon as possible.
Britannia Crests Mail Forwarding service is a letter-handling service with occasional parcel traffic.
Our address is accepted by all courier-services operating in the UK. Some of our competitors offer a numbered mailbox only and many couriers will not deliver to a P.O. Box or Mailbox in a building.
All courier services make us liable for any shipment costs to you - even when using your account: we will therefore require payment in advance for courier shipments.
For a complete service - we will dispatch any letters that you send to us for re-posting. There is no extra charge for this, only the cost of postage.
We can accept all major credit or debit Cards, Bank Transfer at senders expense Money-Orders in £UK, or Cheques (checks).
We may be unable to validate your credit or debit cards due to limitations of the banking system. We MAY ( in some circumstances ) ask you to complete an Authority to Charge, which we can send to you by email, which you should sign and return to us, either by email, fax or mail. We may need to confirm cardholder identity, and in that case we would require a copy of a recent utility bill or similar, to be scanned and emailed to us, sent by fax, or posted to us.
Mail Forwarding customers will need to keep their account in credit by making 'Top-Up' payments from time to time depending upon the volume of post, the frequency of dispatch and the cost of postage to your address from ours. We will notify you by email when your account balance is low.
